Our History – Our Legacy of Light and Knowledge

The story of Akashic Record Consultants International (ARCI) began with Johnnie Prochaska Jr., a Spanish nobleman of Czechoslovakian lineage. His family relocated to the Spanish Quarters of Mexico City after the Spanish Civil War when the Franco Regime took control of Spain.

Through mystical events, Johnnie was led to an ancient sacred site in the mountains. There, he received divine knowledge of the Sacred Prayer Method© and made the deliberate choice to bring the Akashic Records back to humanity.

With a deep spiritual calling, Johnnie began teaching others how to access the Akashic Records in the late 1960s. His teachings laid the foundation for what would become ARCI. Johnnie’s legacy continues through the individuals he mentored, including Mary Parker, who became the driving force behind this global movement.

Johnnie’s life was rich with wisdom and adventure, from his days as a musician in the circus and Big Bands to his service in WWII and later spiritual work.

He shared his teachings across the United States and Mexico, spreading spiritual knowledge and the Sacred Prayer to help humanity navigate planetary changes in love and light. Johnnie retired to Mexico in 1982, where he continued his spiritual journey until his passing in the late 1980s.

Mary Parker: The Founder and Keeper of Light

Mary Parker was Johnnie’s direct student and the initial spiritual spark that built ARCI. With her profound connection to the Akashic Records, Mary became a beacon of wisdom and guidance, sharing her gifts to help countless individuals explore their spiritual paths.

In her words:
“The Universe took a little old West Texas housewife and put her into the world being of service to people in ways I never thought possible. I discovered capabilities I didn’t know I had and experienced adventures that were uplifting and transformative. It has truly been a great blessing.”

Mary’s work touched the lives of many, serving as a bridge between earthly existence and spiritual wisdom. In October 2005, Mary ceremonially passed the Mantle of Light to her successor, Rose Marie Swanson, ensuring the continuation of ARCI’s sacred mission.

Mary transitioned to the spiritual realm in 2015, leaving behind a legacy of love, integrity, and spiritual guidance.

Ed Comney: A Legacy of Dedication and Divine Grace

Ed Comney, a beloved protégée of Mary Parker, began his transformative journey with the Akashic Records in 1988. His deep connection to this sacred work quickly led him to become Mary’s trusted confidant and primary support, traveling extensively alongside her to share the wisdom of the Akashic Records.

Through complete immersion and unwavering commitment, Ed received and developed the Grace Points in 1996—a profound gift of physical portals that enable individuals to embody the essence of Divine Grace within their bodies. This allows one freedom from past situations and circumstances.

Ed’s life continues to be a testament of his devotion to helping others connect with the Akashic Records. His work has, and continues to, guide countless individuals toward greater peace, balance, and harmony, leaving an enduring legacy that continues to inspire all who walk the path of spiritual growth and transformation.
